Maidstone | Human Cannonball Dies After Safety Net Fails

A human has died after a safety net unsuccessful during a human cannonball stunt. Skip connected calm

The collision happened during a uncover put on by Scott May's Daredevil Stunt Show at the Kent County Showground in Detling at about 3.30pm on Monday.

The 23-year-old human was flown by air ambulance to Maidstone Hospital, but after that died from his injuries.

A Kent Police orator said: "A human receiving segment in a human cannonball eventuality this afternoon has died after it is believed a safety net unsuccessful to engage.".

"His next-of-kin have been sensitive but he has nonetheless to be rigourously identified."

He added: "Kent Police is advising people due to journey to the dusk daredevil attempt uncover that it has been cancelled."

A matter on the Scott May website stated: "With the apologies, due to variable environment all shows have been cancelled until serve notice."

Scott May's Daredevil Stuntshow has toured the UK given 1991 and features motorbike and beast case stunts, and pyrotechnic displays.

Based in Cornwall, the uncover was originally shaped to elevate allowance for local charities.
