Kent | Mike Flanagan Apologizes To Kent County Superintendents For 'whining' Remark

The state superintendent paused during his residence on Monday to swallow ones pride to Kent college chiefs for adage their concerns about changes to the MEAP assessment cut scores were "whining."

Flanagan told educators and policymakers from opposite the state that there needs to be a more polite tinge in college discussions, and that people should "put the slings and arrows away,"
